Chef Kleber shared with AMT team some of the challenges he faces in the kitchen. "The most irritating for sure, is the problem with getting the same great cooking result each time. Some pans heat up too fast, others not enough.”

“So together with AMT team we’ve came up with perfect solution. We tested different thickness of the bottom and we realized that we get perfect culinary results when it’s between 8-10mm. It fries evenly on the entire surface, and the meat stays tender and juicy.”

Chef Kleber also highlighted the energy efficiency benefits of the cookware. "Using AMT noticeably reduces energy costs, as the thick-bottomed pots retain heat better, keeping temperatures consistent even after reducing the heat.”

AMT's innovation was recognized with an energy-efficient certificate for 528 pan from TŰV Rheinland Institute.
