We are thrilled to introduce Anita Cheng, the Hong Kong Culinary National Team Manager and renowned culinary consultant. With years of experience supporting chefs and restaurant owners, Anita has been instrumental in developing the perfect wok with AMT.
Anita’s collaboration with AMT began when she met our CEO, Harry Moehl, at a culinary competition. Together with the AMT team of designers and engineers, they designed the perfect wok that meets the highest standards of professional chefs. The result is a wok with an innovative, rounded shape, mirroring traditional Asian designs. This shape maintains higher temperatures within the pot and significantly reduces heat loss. The aluminum base ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface, including the sides, allowing ingredients to fry perfectly throughout the wok.
The AMT wok excels on induction hobs, heating evenly without the need for special burners. This innovation enhances cooking efficiency and reduces costs, making it ideal for professional kitchens.
